Approve Workers

Once workers have joined a project, it is up to a project admin to authorize them to work on site.

Workers can be approved by clicking to view each subcontractor, or by navigating to the Approvals Queue.

Before approving the worker to come on site, the project admin should check to ensure they have the required certifications and have completed their site safety orientation (if applicable).

When checking an employee profile, watch for red "missing" tags on certifications. Red means it is required, while orange means it is optional. If a worker has all of their required certifications and orientations complete, they can be approved. This is also a good time to issue a badge if applicable.

If they are rejected, the project admin will have an opportunity to send a message to the subcontractor describing why so it can be remedied.
