# Company Forms

## At the company level, use forms to gather information from internal employees.

Company forms are designed to be used to gather information unrelated to a specific site. For example, company forms can be used for new employee intake.

For site-specific forms (Toolbox Talks, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Equipment Inspections, etc.), it is recommended to use forms under Projects.
