Consolidate Project Resources in Project Poster Reports

Project Poster Reports consolidate multiple Forms, Orientations, and/or Attachments into one link or QR code for easy access.

Poster reports can be used to manage all site specific links for workers, to collect all inspection forms for a safety manager, or any other combination of links needed. 

Creating a Project Poster

1) In your project menu, navigate to the Reports tab and click Project Poster Report:

2) Click "+ New Project Poster".

3) Name your Poster & select all Attachments, Forms, and/or Orientations you want to include by clicking the drop down for each section:

*Note: You will only be able to choose Forms that have been published.  

4) Click "Generate Report".

5) You can download a QR code of your poster which can be posted on site or you can click to copy the Shareable Poster Link:

6) When someone scans the QR code or clicks on the poster link they will be able to access each of the Links, Forms, and Orientations that were added: 

*Note: You can create multiple posters with different combinations of Attachments, Forms, and/or Orientations to share or post in defferent places.
