Are there form templates we can use?

myComply has a library of form templates that can easily be implemented as is, or updated to better serve your company's needs.

Our templates include Toolbox Talks, Hot Work Permits, Pre-Shift Safety Meetings, Incident Reports, and more. To choose from the library of form templates, follow these steps:

1) Go to your project, then select the "Forms" tab.
2) Click "+ New Form" at the top of the page.
3) At the top of the form creation page, you will see a dropdown "Select Published Template/Form to Copy".

4) You will find a list of commonly used form templates, including several Chapter 33 forms for use in New York City.

5) Once you select a form template, you can rename it and edit it as necessary. Click "Save Changes" on the right as you make adjustments. When you're finished, click the "Published" toggle on.
