# Add Workers to a Project

## Create new worker profiles or assign existing workers to a project. Assign workers either individually or in bulk.

1) Navigate to the Projects tab, then select the project name. Assign workers individually by either creating a worker profile, or, select from your existing worker profiles under "Unassigned Workers". While having both an email address and mobile number on file is ideal, having only one of these options is acceptable. Once all of the workers who will be on site have been added, select their names so that they turn green, then click the blue "Assign Workers" button to the right.

You can also create or assign workers in bulk by clicking the blue "Click here to bulk create workers" text. You will be invited to download a spreadsheet template. Once your spreadsheet is ready, click "Start Import".

2) Once your workers have been assigned, you will see their names populate under the second step, "Onboard Workers".
