Document Requirements

Set up document requirements for your project. Ask for expiry dates (if applicable) and specify which subcontractors are required to submit.

1) Navigate to Projects > click on a project > "Document Requirements".

2) At the top of the page, click on the orange button "+ Add Document Requirement".

3) Provide the document name, a template file (ex. fillable PDF), and specify whether an expiry date is required. You can specify which subcontractors are required to submit this specific document.

 4) Click "Save". This document will now appear as "required" for subcontractors when they're joining the project.
