Invite Employees to a Project
General Contractors can invite their own employees to a project to track attendance and safety compliance.
1) Navigate to the Projects tab, select your project, then click on "Contractors".
2) The General Contractor's company name will be at the top of this list. Click the company name.

3) On the right side of your screen, click "+ Assign employee".

4) Select the employees you would like to add to this project, then click "Next".

5) You can choose to assign certifications at this stage, or allow the worker to complete this step later on.

6) You will then see a confirmation screen showing all the employees invited to the project. Click "Finish".

Note: It is important to add General Contractor employees using this "Assign Employee" workflow instead of allowing the worker to add themselves to the project via an orientation. If you don't use the "Assign Employee" workflow, duplicate worker profiles could be created.
