Migrate Workers

It is possible that workers could be added to the incorrect subcontractor, or they may select the incorrect subcontractor while completing their employee intake. This can be easily fixed by migrating the worker to their correct subcontractor.

1) Go to the Projects tab, then select the relevant project.
2) Select "Contractors", then click on the name of the contractor that the employee is currently listed under.
3) Under "Employees on Project", you will see three buttons on the right side of your screen. Click on "Migrate Employee".



4) A window will pop up where you can choose the destination company, then which employees you would like to migrate to that company.

5) When you click "Next" you will see a screen confirming the migration. If the details are correct, click on "Complete Migration".

Note: Subcontractors need to be in myComply in order to migrate workers to the correct company.
