Stay informed about your Forms with Workflows

A Workflow can be set up for you to receive or send email notifications about submitted forms, flagged submissions, missing details, or late form submissions.

Create a Workflow on a Form

  1. In the menu for your Project, navigate to Forms and click "Forms" again to access your list:

  2. Select the Form you want to create a Workflow for and navigate to Configuration > then to Workflows:

  3. Click "Add Workflow" and select one of the 4 types of Triggers:

    1. A form is submitted.
    2. A submission is flagged.
    3. A form is submitted that contains missing workers.
    4. A required contractor did not submit a form by the end of time period.
  4. Click "Add Step" and select one of the 2 types of Steps:
    1. Email Results.
      1. Chose specific email address(es) to send the form submission to.
    2. Email Contractor. 
      1. *Note: This only works if the Form already requires the submitter to choose a contractor before filling it out.
  5. Below is a completed workflow, as an example:

*Note: All settings for Triggers are created within the Form itself  or within the Approval Settings.
