# Time & Attendance Reports

## Use Time & Attendance Reports to pull data regarding who was on site on a specific day.

If you would like to quickly check which workers were on site for a specific day, you can check this in the myComply platform by going to your project, clicking on the "Time & Attendance" tab, then selecting a specific date.

To download this information in a detailed report, follow these instructions:

1\) Navigate to the project, click on the "Reports" tab. Select "Time & Attendance Report".

2\) You will then be prompted to specify:

\- date range  
\- if you'd like to include Daily Worker Events  
\- group events by **Date, Subcontractor** or **Subcontractor, Employee**  
\- hours format (hours/minutes or decimal hours)  
\- which subcontractors

3\) Your report will immediately download as an Excel file.

**Note:** The "Flattened Time and Attendance Worker Detail Report" includes the same data but can be easier to filter and reformat if necessary.
